For efficient operational processes, projects are being executed within the 3TU.Federation focusing on two main aims:

• Facilitation: providing the best possible support for joint activities such as the 3TU Master's programmes. Examples are: allowing access to each other's libraries, uniform charges etc.
• Standardisation and shared services: to increase efficiency in operational management. Examples are: joint purchasing, knowledge exchange, joint back office operations etc.
